Melissa del Pino Yupari has been an associate at O’Neill Arbitraje since 2019, where she practices as counsel and tribunal secretary in a range of domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

Before joining O’Neill Arbitraje, she trained at one of Latin America’s leading arbitration firms, working on domestic and international commercial disputes. She also served as arbitral assistant to a prominent Peruvian arbitrator.

She holds a law degree from Universidad del Pacífico, where she graduated with honors, ranking first in her class. As a student, she represented her law school in several international arbitration moot court competitions and later returned to coach the team.

She is currently pursuing the Magister Juris (MJur) at the University of Oxford, where she was awarded the Law Faculty’s MJur Scholarship.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Outside the law, she enjoys walks along the seafront, film, music, ballet, and literature.
