ABOUT ME

It is not enough to know the law to be a good lawyer. An interdisciplinary approach with a strong humanistic, economic and business component ensures that lawyers – and especially arbitrators – make decisions with greater sensitivity and based on an in-depth analysis.

Only then will we be more lucid, more attentive and aware of the world around us. In the world of arbitration, this means that we must make people’s lives easier: we must untie knots.

Law does not exist to entangle us in abstractions and procedures where form prevails over substance, but to face problems and solve them. The agreed rules must be respected, the parties must be heard and treated equally, and the procedure must be predictable, because only in this way can we find the truth of the specific case. I have always tried to achieve this balance throughout my professional career, first serving clients in law firms and now as an arbitrator and legal expert.

BEYOND LAW

I am interested in the intersection between cinema and law. The teaching world has also shown me, through art exhibitions, storytelling competitions and social impact projects in which many students have participated, that we teachers can impact the lives of many people.

Since life offers us many good things to do, I also spend my time reading, playing sports and traveling with my family. I love scuba diving and I am learning to play the piano.

If you want to learn more about me, you can check my resume here.

I speak Spanish, English and Italian
